Foo Fighters Suing Marvel Comics

The Foo Fighters have filed a lawsuit against Marvel Comics. They allege the comic book publisher used elements of their songs “Best of You” and “Fee Me” in a trailer for their Wolverine and the X-Men animated series. According to Aversion.com, they seek unspecified damages from the company.
