Tom Yorke Speak Out Against ‘Greatest Hits’ Album

Filed under: .Just exactly why XL is releasing a Radiohead’s Greatest Hits album is a mystery to the frontman Tom Yorke. “We haven’t really had any hits so what exactly is the purpose?” he said in an interview with The Word, “There’s nothing we can do about it. … It’s a wasted opportunity in that if we’d behind it, and we wanted to do it, then it might have been good.”
Will any fans buy this despite Yorke’s disdain for the release? We’ll have to wait and see.
