Dave Dorman Releases How-To DVD Series

Star Wars artist Dave Dorman will soon release a two-disc instructional DVD series entitled Illustration Techniques with Dave Dorman via Hollywood’s The Gnomon Workshop. Dorman, son of a deceased Air Force Lieutenant, will donate a portion of the film’s profits to children of active military who wish to attend the Gnomon School of Visual Effects. “I remember how tight money was as a military kid when I was trying to get my art education,” Dorman says in a press release, “if I can help even one family out, then something very good has come from this project.”
The DVDs are now available via Gnomon’s website and in art stores nationwide.
