Jon Favreau Will Return for Iron Man 2

The drama between Marvel Studios and Iron Man director Jon Favreau seems to have subsided. According to Deadline Hollywood, Favreau will be back to direct the sequel which Marvel hopes to have in theaters by 2010. Initially the 2010 release date along with salary negotiations created a bit of a rift between director and studio, but, in the end, Marvel must have realized it’d be foolish not to get him back.
The announcement has yet to have been “officially” made but several sites are running this story as fact. Yipee!
