Ridley Scott Options Brave New World

Kevin “Skwerl” Cogill was recently arrested outside his home in Los Angeles for uploading 9 songs from Guns N’ Roses long-awaited Chinese Democracy album. According to Paste Magazine, Cogill could spend up to three years in prison and fined $250,000 with a possibility of additional civil penalties. Oddly enough, should he be sentenced he’ll have more street cred than GN’R frontman Axl Rose.

I’d like to ask the readers another question. Do you think Cogill will go the jail for this? And, if so, do you think Skwerl is a cool enough prison nickname or should he try for another?
