In the most genius feat of news journalism since Watergate, The Portland Mercury got comedian Eugene Mirman to answer questions intended for rapper Lil Wayne, who had cancelled an interview at the last minute. What became of this meeting will revolutionize what we know as media for the rest of time.
Here’s a snippet:
You have a lot of tattoos on your face. Can you maybe take me on a journey around your face?
Honestly, I forget what a lot of the tattoos are. But in my defense, I’m not in front of a mirror. A lot of it I did when I was sleepy or just about to go to sleep, so I don’t really remember what’s on there.
