The White Stripes Finally Coming to Rock Band

Apparently Jack White is “a little sad” this weekend. Tracks from the band he first made famous (He’s in about 30 others.) will hit the Rock Band store this week for all the consoles. “Dead Leaves and the Dirty Ground,” “Girl, You Have No Faith In Medicine,” and “Icky Thump” will be available for the normal individual and three-pack prices.
Two of the songs will also be available in the family-friendly Lego Rock Band store, but the “drunk robbed by a prostitute” narrative of “Icky Thump” won’t be sung by any Lego people. We’re guessing the drum difficulty will be 0 on all the tracks.
Now that all three of the singer/guitarist/drummer’s popular bands are in music games, the question is did Jack White give in, or did his label make the decision for him.
