Clash of the Titans Trailer Released

Yesterday the trailer for the remake of Clash of the Titans was released. Sadly, it made it to the web after the ‘Funk had closed shop for the day. We thought we’d play a bit of catch-up since the trailer looked so intense!

Unfortunately, this looks too close to the source material. Mytho buffs will hate the inaccuracy, and everyone else will hate the boring. The music was rocking but I saw no Titans and not nearly enough clashing.

Pretty early trailer, so maybe we’ll get more clashin’ next time. The monsters looked pretty awesome, I thought.

Monsters seemed a little too blurry to call, except the giant scorpion. Giant arachnids are always cool, just depends on how the action is. Honestly, if they get enough good action in I could probably ignore the horrible mythology and just enjoy guys with swords killing stuff.
