More Dragon Age Origins DLC On the Way

Making a start on their promise to bring a years worth of DLC (downloadable content) to their latest RPG Dragon Age: Origins, Bioware has just announced the first non-launch piece of content, Return to Ostagar.
The Battle of Ostagar is where many champions in the Dragon Age universe fell, but that your character survived (barely). In this new campaign, you meet another survivor of the battle and unlock a quest chain where you must return to the battlefield, which is now overtaken by the Darkspawn.
The addon includes:
- A return to the battlefields of Ostagar, now thick with darkspawn encamped amidst the snow
- An opportunity to reclaim the lost arms and armor of a king
- A second chance to add Dog to your party
There is also a new free piece of DLC in the form of “The Edge”. Not the U2 guitarist, but “an extremely sharp blade that is the pinnacle of Ferelden crafting”. The DLC is an in-game weapon, and free to anyone who purchases the game before November 30th.
