PSN Capcom Games On Sale

Capcom has just announced a five week sale on several of their Playstation Network titles.

To kick off the sale, Marvel VS Capcom 2 will be reduced by 50%. This lowers the cost of the game to a mere $7.49. Not bad considering a disc copy for the PS2 still goes for around $50.

Here is the schedule for the rest of the sale:

February 18 – Marvel vs. Capcom 2 for $7.49
February 25 – Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix for $7.49
March 4 – Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo HD Remix for $4.99
March 11 – Age of Booty for $4.99
March 18 – 1942: Joint Strike for $4.99

The Steam Holiday Sale

Looks like Steam is up to it’s Holiday tricks once again. If you didn’t get a chance to take advantage of their Thanksgiving or Black Friday deals, have no fear. From now until January 3rd, over 800 games on Steam are on sale for up to 80% off.

As if that weren’t enough, they are also doing daily deals throughout this event with games like Grand Theft Auto IV for only $7.49 and Mirror’s Edge for $4.99.

Triple ‘A’ Deal Day at Amazon

As we reach day five of Steam’s early holiday sale we are given another set of dramatic discounts on a myriad of titles from now until 11A.M. EST on Tuesday. December 1 (That’s tomorrow, folks!).

This batch of sales is selling several titles for 30% off the standard price, such as Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood ($20.99) and Dawn of Discovery ($34.99). Several other titles are on sale for 50% off, such as Section 8 ($24.99) and The Chronicles of Riddick Assault on Dark Athena ($9.99).

Steam is once again bringing some awesome sales to the PC gaming community. Every day for the next five days, a different set of deals will be going up for savings up to 80% off. This includes such games as Farcry 2: Fortune’s Edition, Batman Arkham Asylum, and Champions Online.

Steam and Valve have a small treat for your Halloween sack. Right now—and we mean right now—you can get Team Fortress 2, one of the best cooperative shooters EVAR!, for $2.49 until 2:00PM Pacific/4:00 Central this afternoon.

If you haven’t given this game a chance, now’s the time. The system requirements (1.7 GHz Processor, 512MB RAM, DirectX® 8.1 level Graphics Card) are pretty spare, so there’s almost no excuse to not have this on your PC.

AMAZON DEAL: Wolfenstein (360, PS3, PC)

Today, Amazon has dropped the price of the latest Wolfenstein game on the Xbox 360, Playstation 3, and PC. The console versions dropped from $59.99 to $39.98; the PC version dropped from $49.99 to $29.98. While there have been some fairly lackluster reviews of the title, some seem to be getting $39.98/$29.98 fun out of it.
